One World Muslimah is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and supporting Muslim women in deepening their understanding of Islam, fostering personal growth, and overcoming challenges related to cultural norms and societal expectations. We believe in promoting inclusivity, education, and empowerment within the Muslim community to create a more equitable and supportive environment for all women.
One World Muslimah was founded based on the problem statement that Muslim women may encounter various challenges in understanding Allah, Prophet Muhammad, and themselves due to a combination of cultural, social, and personal factors. Some of the challenges include:
Addressing the challenges faced by Muslim women in understanding Allah, Prophet Muhammad, and themselves requires a multi-faceted approach that promotes education, empowerment, and inclusivity
Provide tailored educational programs on Islamic teachings, history, and jurisprudence for Muslim women. Establish mentorship initiatives to guide and support their personal and spiritual growth.
Encourage discussions on gender equality, empowerment, and social justice within the Muslim community. Advocate for inclusive spaces that promote women’s leadership and challenge stereotypes. Collaborate with religious leaders, educators, and organizations to create a more supportive and empowering environment.
Programs specifically designed for Muslimah to get to know Allah SWT, Prophet Muhammad SAW and therefore know themselves better.
Provide meaningful opportunities for Muslim women to connect with their faith, deepen their knowledge of Islam.
